Job Summary
Digital Health Specialist for Physical Therapy in a hybrid role combining 3 days in CORA Kingsland clinic with 2 days remote. Responsible for delivering digital health services including telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring, developing the digital health program, and serving as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. Requires CAPTE-approved PT program diploma and Florida license (or in process), at least 2 years outpatient experience, and ability to deliver in-person and remote care, document care plans, measure outcomes, and participate in program development and marketing. Located in Kingsland, GA (within driving distance) with potential relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
