Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist role combines in-clinic orthopedic/neurologic outpatient care with telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring. You will develop individualized plans of care, document evaluations and treatments, conduct telehealth visits using a digital platform, and collaborate with treating clinicians and the Director of Digital Health to grow remote services. Requires board-licensed PT, CAPTE-approved program diploma, FL license, and willingness to obtain licensure in other states; includes in-person clinic days and remote work, with emphasis on delivering digital health services and outcomes measurement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be board licensed Physical Therapist
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
