Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist and Physical Therapist responsible for delivering telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring, developing and delivering personalized care plans for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients, objectively measuring outcomes with cutting-edge software, efficiently documenting evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes, and serving as a liaison between patients, in-clinic providers, and the Director of Digital Health. The role includes delivering telehealth visits and RTM services, supporting operations to scale digital services, and contributing to program development and marketing efforts to grow remote care at CORA.
Required Qualifications
- Board licensed Physical Therapist
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
