Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist - Hybrid

Hybrid Physical Therapist role combining in-clinic orthopedic/neurologic PT with digital health duties including telehealth, remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM), and program development. Serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, and supports data reporting and digital service growth. Performed duties include developing and delivering personalized plans of care, objectively measuring patient outcomes with advanced software, documenting evaluations and treatments, delivering telehealth visits and RTM services, coordinating with the Director of Digital Health, and contributing to marketing and program initiatives. Requires CAPTE-approved PT program diploma and a Florida Physical Therapy license; digital health/telehealth experience preferred. Role is full-time and hybrid: three days in-person at the CORA clinic and two days remote.
