Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role combining in-clinic physical therapy (3 days/week) with remote digital health services (2 days/week) including telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring. Requires board-licensed Physical Therapist with FL license; CAPTE-approved program diploma; develops and delivers personalized plans of care for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patient populations; uses digital platforms and EMR for telehealth evaluations, treatment planning, RTM services, and outcomes measurement; collaborates with in-clinic treating providers and the Director of Digital Health to expand remote services; participates in program development, marketing, and regional service metrics reporting; full-time 40 hours/week in a hybrid arrangement; eligible for ongoing professional development and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Board licensed Physical Therapist
- Licensed PT in FL
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
