Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role combining in-clinic orthopedic/neurology PT with telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring. Provides digital health services including virtual care; liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers; develops digital health program and supports remote services expansion; conducts telehealth evaluations, assessments, treatment plans, and RTM; documents evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, discharge notes; measures patient outcomes with software; works 3 days in-person at CORA clinic and 2 days remote; must be licensed PT and willing to obtain licensure in other states; requires CAPTE-approved PT program diploma; FL license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be board licensed Physical Therapist
- Experience in the Outpatient setting
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
