Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role for a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. Involves delivering digital health services including telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring, developing and delivering personalized plans of care, documenting evaluations and treatments, and acting as a liaison to grow remote services. Combines 3 days in-clinic at the CORA clinic with 2 days remote work, supports program development and marketing efforts, and requires alignment with DHP/Director of Digital Health initiatives. Includes potential licensure in other states and access to a full benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a board licensed Physical Therapist to practice
- Experience in the Outpatient setting
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred!
