Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist - Hybrid

Job Summary
Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses using cutting-edge software. Perform telehealth visits and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring services, including interactive communication and outcome measurement. Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes while maintaining regular reporting of regional service metrics. Serve as a liaison between providers and the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services and participate in program development and marketing efforts. Work 3 days in the Temple Terrace clinic and 2 days remotely, communicating with primary clinicians to revise treatment plans as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Temple Terrace, FL (or within driving distance)
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
- Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
