Job Summary
Hybrid, full-time Physical Therapy role combining in-clinic outpatient care with digital health delivery. Deliver Telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring as part of the Digital Health Specialist program; develop and adjust patient plans of care for a diverse orthopedic and neurologic caseload; objectively measure outcomes with software; document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes; coordinate digital services with in-clinic providers and the Director of Digital Health; support program development, marketing, and regional service metrics; must be a board-licensed Physical Therapist with a CAPTE-approved education program and an active FL license.
Required Qualifications
- Board-licensed Physical Therapist
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Florida PT license (FL)
