Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist - Hybrid

Job Summary
Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and sport-related diagnoses using cutting-edge digital software. Perform telehealth visits and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, including interactive communication and outcome measurement. Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes while serving as a liaison between patients, in-clinic providers, and the Director of Digital Health. Participate in program development, marketing efforts, and data analysis to optimize regional remote services. Work 3 days in person at the CORA clinic and 2 days remotely as a full-time Digital Health Specialist. Requires a board-licensed Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient settings.
Required Qualifications
- Board licensed Physical Therapist
- Experience in the Outpatient setting
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
- Full-time, hybrid position availability (3 days in person, 2 days remote)
- 40 hours/week availability
- 5 days/week availability
