Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist - Hybrid

Hybrid, full-time Physical Therapist serving as Digital Health Specialist, delivering in-clinic and telehealth PT services. Responsibilities include developing personalized plans of care for a diverse orthopedic/neurologic patient population, measuring outcomes with digital tools, documenting evaluations and treatments, delivering telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, and acting as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. The role supports program development, data reporting, and marketing efforts for CORA's Digital Health program. Requires board licensure as a Physical Therapist (FL) and CAPTE-accredited education; willingness to obtain licensure in other states; includes in-person clinic days and remote work days in a hybrid arrangement.
