Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role for a licensed Physical Therapist in outpatient care. Responsibilities include delivering digital health services with telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring, developing and delivering personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic/neuromuscular/neurological conditions, objectively measuring patient outcomes with software, efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments, delivering telehealth visits and RTM, coordinating with in-clinic providers, acting as a liaison to optimize remote services, and contributing to program development and marketing of CORA's digital health initiatives. Requires CAPTE-approved PT program diploma and Florida license (or in process); role is 3 days in-person at the Largo, FL clinic and 2 days remote per week, with potential licensure in additional states.
Required Qualifications
- Board licensed Physical Therapist; Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program; Florida license (or in process); willingness to obtain licensure in other states; experience in outpatient setting; digital/telehealth experience preferred.
