Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role for a licensed Physical Therapist combining 3 days in-person at CORA clinic with 2 days remote, delivering telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring, developing individualized plans of care for orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, documenting evaluations and treatments, and serving as a liaison between in-clinic providers and the Director of Digital Health while supporting program development, data analysis, and marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a board licensed Physical Therapist
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
