Hybrid full-time Physical Therapist role as Digital Health Specialist in CORA, delivering in-clinic and virtual care. Responsibilities include providing digital health services (telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring), developing and delivering personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, acting as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, measuring patient outcomes with cutting-edge software, and efficiently documenting evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. The role involves delivering telehealth visits, supporting digital services operations, and collaborating with the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services.
Required Qualifications
- Board licensed Physical Therapist
- CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy program diploma
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain licensure in other states
