Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role for a Physical Therapist combining 3 days in CORA Hinesville clinic with 2 days remote. Provide digital health services including telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring, develop individualized care plans for orthopedic and neurologic patients, document evaluations and treatments, measure outcomes with clinical software, and serve as a liaison between patients, in-clinic treating providers, and the Director of Digital Health. Participate in program development, marketing efforts, and regional service metrics while supporting operations to deliver digital health services.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
