Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist - Hybrid

Digital Health Specialist (Physical Therapist) in a hybrid role combining in-clinic and telehealth services. Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, measure outcomes using cutting-edge software, and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. Utilize a digital platform to conduct telehealth visits and RTM services, support operations to deliver digital services, and collaborate with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services. Serve as a liaison between patients, in-clinic treating providers, and the Director, with regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics. Participate in program development and marketing efforts and contribute to continuous professional development. Must be licensed in Florida (or in process) and willing to obtain licensure in other states; hybrid work arrangement involves 3 days in person at the CORA clinic and 2 days remote.
