Job Summary
Hybrid, full-time Physical Therapist Digital Health Specialist role in Evansville (IN) delivering in-clinic and remote therapeutic services. Develop and deliver personalized care plans for orthopedic and neurologic patients, measure outcomes with digital tools, and document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. Deliver telehealth visits including evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development; perform Telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring to support remote services. Collaborate with treating clinicians and the Director of Digital Health to optimize digital health offerings, analyze regional service metrics, and contribute to program development and marketing efforts. Requires CAPTE-approved PT program diploma and an active Florida PT license; telehealth experience preferred; willingness to obtain licensure in other states. Required Qualifications
- Must be a board licensed Physical Therapist to practice
- Experience in the Outpatient setting
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred!
