Job Summary
Develop personalized plans of care for diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses while objectively measuring outcomes using cutting-edge software. Deliver telehealth visits and perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring services, including interactive communication and treatment plan development via digital platforms. Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes, then communicate revisions to primary treating clinicians. Serve as a liaison between providers and the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services, support operations, and maintain regional service metrics. Participate in program development and marketing efforts as directed. This hybrid role requires a Florida-licensed Physical Therapist with at least two years of outpatient experience to work three days in the Temple Terrace clinic and two days remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Temple Terrace, FL (or within driving distance)
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
- Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
