Job Summary
Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses using cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. Perform telehealth visits and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring services, including interactive communication and treatment plan development, while efficiently documenting evaluations and discharge notes. Serve as a liaison between patients, in-clinic providers, and the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services and program growth. Maintain regional service metrics and participate in digital health program development and marketing efforts. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Tampa clinic and 2 days remote, with a full-time 40-hour schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Temple Terrace, FL (or within driving distance)
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
- Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
