Hybrid full-time Physical Therapist role delivering digital health services as a Digital Health Specialist. Required Qualifications
- Board licensed Physical Therapist
- Outpatient setting experience
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
