Job Summary
Digital Health Specialist provides digital health services including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring as part of a hybrid role (3 days in-clinic in Lebanon, NH and 2 days remote). Develops and delivers patient-centered plans of care for outpatient orthopedic and neuromuscular/neurologic conditions, measures outcomes with digital tools, documents evaluations and treatments, conducts telehealth visits and RTM, and collaborates with in-clinic providers and the Director of Digital Health to grow remote services at CORA. Also participates in program development, marketing efforts, and data analysis of regional service metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a board licensed Physical Therapist
- Physical Therapy state license (FL)
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
