Job Summary
Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and sport injuries using cutting-edge software. Perform telehealth visits and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, including interactive communication and outcome measurement. Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes while maintaining regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics. Serve as a liaison between providers and the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services and participate in program development and marketing efforts. Work 3 days in person at the CORA PT Rincon clinic and 2 days remotely as a Digital Health Specialist.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Rincon, GA (or within driving distance)
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in GA (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
