Job Summary
Physical Therapist in a Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role providing digital health services, including telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring, while developing and growing the CORA Digital Health program. Responsibilities include delivering a personalized care plan for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patient populations, documenting evaluations and treatments, delivering telehealth visits using a digital platform, coordinating with in-clinic treating providers, and serving as a liaison between patients, providers, and the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services. Requires CAPTE-approved PT program diploma and Florida PT license (or in process); minimum 2 years outpatient experience; willingness to obtain licensure in other states. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in clinic at CORA Tampa and 2 days remote from home, located in Temple Terrace, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
