Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role for a Physical Therapist. The DHS delivers telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring, develops digital health programs, and serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic providers. Full-time, 40 hours/week, hybrid schedule with 3 days in-person at a CORA clinic in Fort Lauderdale and 2 days remote. Responsibilities include developing personalized care plans for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients, objectively measuring outcomes with digital software, documenting evaluations and treatments, delivering telehealth visits and RTM services, supporting operations to grow remote services, communicating with treating clinicians for treatment revisions, and contributing to program development and marketing efforts. Requires CAPTE-approved PT diploma and licensure (any compact state), with willingness to obtain licensure in other states; digital/telehealth experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (or in process)
- Must be licensed in any compact state; must be willing to obtain licensure in other states
- Digital/telehealth experience preferred
