Job Summary
Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses while objectively measuring outcomes using cutting-edge software. Perform telehealth visits and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring services, including interactive communication and assessment, to provide virtual care. Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes, then communicate with primary treating clinicians to revise treatment plans as appropriate. Serve as a liaison between providers and the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote services, support operations, and maintain regular reporting of regional service metrics. Participate in program development and marketing efforts to grow digital health offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Temple Terrace, FL (or within driving distance)
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (Outpatient)
- Must also be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
