Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist - Hybrid

Hybrid Physical Therapist role at CORA, combining in-clinic outpatient care with Digital Health Specialist duties. Responsibilities include developing and delivering personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, objectively measuring outcomes with cutting-edge software, efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments, delivering telehealth visits and remote therapeutic monitoring, supporting digital services operations, communicating with treating clinicians for treatment revisions, and serving as a liaison to optimize and grow remote digital health services; requires licensure and board-licensed PT, with potential willingness to obtain licensure in other states, and the role involves 3 days in-person at the clinic and 2 days remote per week.
