Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role for a Physical Therapist in CORA; deliver telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) while working 3 days in the Beaufort, SC clinic and 2 days remote, provide digital health services, develop and deliver care plans for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients, and collaborate with in-clinic treating providers and the Director of Digital Health to grow remote services. Requires CAPTE-approved PT program diploma, Florida PT license (or in process), and at least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; role emphasizes telehealth, digital platforms, outcomes measurement, documentation, and liaison duties with operations and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Florida Physical Therapy license (or in process)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant outpatient clinical experience
- Experience providing digital health services preferred
