Job Summary
Hybrid Digital Health Specialist role for a Physical Therapist combining 3 in-clinic days in Rockledge, FL, and 2 telehealth days; deliver digital health services including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, develop personalized plans of care for orthopedic and neurologic patients, measure outcomes with software, document evaluations and treatments, conduct telehealth visits and RTM, support operations to scale remote services, liaise between patients and in-clinic providers, and contribute to program development and marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapy state license (or in process)
