Job Summary
Remote Digital Health Specialist (Physiotherapist) uses telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring to deliver outpatient PT services. Functions include evaluating, assessing, and developing treatment plans via digital platforms; coordinates with in-clinic treating providers; develops regional strategy for growth of digital health services; serves as liaison between patients and care team; maintains regular reporting and supports operations to deliver digital services. Must be a board-licensed Physical Therapist, bilingual in English/Spanish, and eligible for or licensed in a compact PT state; minimum two years of clinical experience; remote work arrangement (40 hours/week), with potential relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
- Bilingual - Fluent in English/Spanish
- Compact PT License-eligible or PT licensure in other states
