Job Summary
Digital Health Specialist (remote) delivers telehealth PT services including evaluations and treatment plan development, performs wheelchair evaluations, and provides Remote Therapeutic Monitoring. The role acts as a liaison between patients and in-clinic providers, supports digital health program development and growth, analyzes regional service metrics, and participates in marketing and program development. Requires Physical Therapist license and willingness to obtain licensure in additional states; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; full-time remote position based in Lima, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist License
- Minimum of two years of outpatient or digital clinical experience
- Experience completing wheelchair evaluations via Telehealth or in-clinic
