Job Summary
Drive LemFi's online user acquisition and engagement strategies across international markets, scaling influencer networks, forging B2B partnerships, and cultivating active communities to strengthen brand presence among the Southeast Asian diaspora. Own key financial and growth indicators including new user sign-ups, conversion rates, CAC, and recurring revenue for the Philippines corridor. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Paid Ads teams to translate audience insights into high-converting ad creatives while managing CRM functions to track churn and ensure compliant campaign execution. Act as the cultural ambassador for the Philippines market during regional events and cross-functional planning.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in influencer management or digital growth roles
- Hands-on expertise managing and optimising influencer or KOL campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Strong background in influencer marketing and community building
- B2B partnerships experience
- Deep understanding of ad content creation, A/B testing and campaign optimisation
- Highly analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and drive conversion rate optimisation from sign-up to transacting user
- Strategic and execution-focused mindset
- Relationship-driven nature
- Existing network within the Southeast Asian diaspora
