Digital Growth & Automation Lead

Semi-technical, commercially focused role blending marketing operations, AI tools, and automation to drive growth. Own and optimize automated customer reporting, marketing automation pipelines, content generation from video and curriculum libraries, and agentic operational workflows (sales tracking, follow-up, renewal alerts, internal reporting). Collaborate with engineering to ensure data readiness for automations; stay current on AI tooling and champion no-code automations (e.g., Zapier, Make) to reduce manual steps. Report to the CEO and work with the engineering team as needed. Preferred inclination toward shipping, self-management, and a passion for applying AI to scale outreach, onboarding, and engagement across marketing and customer success activities.
