Job Summary
Semi-technical, commercially focused role coordinating marketing automation, AI-enabled workflows, and operational processes to drive growth. Own automated customer reporting, marketing automation pipelines, scalable content generation, agentic operational workflows (sales tracking, renewal alerts, internal reporting), and data pipeline coordination. Leverage AI tools to design and optimize campaigns, onboarding, and internal processes, collaborating with engineering as needed. Report to CEO and work closely with the engineering team to power automations and improve outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, business operations, or a commercially focused role
- Active, self-directed user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) — you have incorporated these into your daily work, not just experimented once
- Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar
- Understanding of email campaign logic — sequences, triggers, segmentation, follow-up workflows
- Comfortable setting up no-code automations using tools like Zapier or Make to connect platforms and reduce manual steps
- Strong commercial instinct — you think about outcomes, not just tasks
- Proactive and self-managing — you do not wait to be told what to do next
