Job Summary
Implement Forwood's refreshed visual brand identity across all digital and print formats, ensuring consistency in ads, social content, pitch decks, and event materials. Design and build the new website, including page layouts, UX elements, and brand storytelling components for the full redesign. Create on-brand eBooks, whitepapers, and tools to serve as high-value lead magnets while producing digital ads and field collateral that drive awareness. Translate strategic messaging into high-impact visuals for campaigns, webinars, and reports, partnering with Demand Generation and Brand Marketing teams to evolve the visual identity. Maintain visual consistency and contribute to the design system and asset library within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in graphic and digital design with a strong, diverse portfolio
- Proven skills in brand identity, website design, and digital marketing design
- Proficient in Webflow or Framer, Figma, Adobe, and other key design tools
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and UI/UX best practices
- Excellent communication skills—confident in speaking clearly, articulately, and succinctly with team members across functions
- Able to take creative direction and collaborate effectively with peers and executive stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines
- Comfort navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, safety, or compliance-related industries
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies including CRO and lead generation
- Skills in motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere)
- Proficiency with AI-based creative tools (e.g., for generating video, visual design, UI concepts, or layout variations)
