Job Summary
Develop and deliver customer-focused digital creative assets for websites, email marketing, digital advertising, social media, and online banking education. Maintain project status from initial assignment through pre-launch via workflow software while collaborating with stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into effective visual communications. Create original designs, animations, and assets aligned with brand standards, applying principles of typography, color theory, and accessibility. Optimize creative assets for various digital platforms, ensuring compliance with regulations and technical specifications. Utilize insights and behavior data to continuously improve creative effectiveness and identify opportunities to automate design processes. Support the Creative Services team with additional branding and production initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably related to Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Design or similar degree, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of digital graphic design or related experience, including preparatory experience
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of digital design principles
- Knowledge of UX and UI principles with the ability to create intuitive, customer-focused digital experiences
- Ability to translate marketing objectives and business goals into compelling visual communications that drive action
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and emerging digital trends
- Ability to collaborate and be a team player
- A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required
- Familiarity with Mac, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier) and Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- UI/UX and web design experience recommended
- Working knowledge of Video and Motion Graphics editing and HTML, a plus, but not required
