Job Summary
Lead the rollout, adoption, and business enablement of KPMG's Global Digital Gateway platform in Sweden by serving as the local PMO for the Tax & Legal Technology team. Structure and prioritize incoming platform requests from service lines, monitor project progress, and remove roadblocks to ensure coordinated execution across the Nordic region. Act as the central orchestrator for platform governance, aligning Sweden's activities with regional initiatives while advising on how platform modules support client needs. Drive adoption through change management plans, training sessions, and knowledge sharing to help internal teams embrace new ways of working. Coordinate client-facing demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase platform value, ensuring feedback is captured to continuously improve usage. This senior role requires 5-7+ years of program management experience, fluency in English, and a strong proficiency in Swedish. Based in Stockholm with a hybrid work model, the position offers high visibility in shaping digital transformation for Tax & Legal service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years professional experience in program/project management, digital transformation, or technology enablement roles
- Professional experience preferably within professional services, consulting, or enterprise technology environments
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
- Ability to orchestrate complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to drive progress
- Ability to instill structured processes
- Prior PMO or Portfolio Management experience
- Experience leading organizational change and technology rollouts
- Experience including training users and securing buy in for new processes or tools
- A keen interest in digital platforms and innovation in professional services
- Ability to quickly understand a business context
- Ability to identify key processes
- Client-facing acumen
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, both internally and with clients
- Ability to demonstrate technology solutions and articulate their value
- Fluency in English
- Valid work permit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Tax, Law, or related field
Desired Qualifications
