Job Summary
Lead daily execution of digital fulfillment orders across Curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater, ensuring speed, accuracy, and brand standards. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to maintain operational consistency, manage frontend guest flow, and minimize checkout backups. Stage, package, and verify orders for quality before hand-off, while tracking metrics to drive continuous improvement. Engage guests with a friendly approach and partner with department teams to ensure product availability and merchandising. Requires flexible scheduling including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for guest and team interactions
- Ability to prioritize workload while meeting tight deadlines
- Basic technology proficiency, including mobile devices, handheld scanners, and order management systems
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- Repetitive hand/arm movements, grasping, bending, reaching, ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds by oneself, and exposure to extreme temperatures
- Ability to use tools and equipment: knives, ladders, stepstools, box cutters, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Required to spend long periods of time on their feet and stand or walk without a break (for up to 4 hours or as required by law)
- Required to wear an approved hat, hair net, and/or beard guard, and personal protective equipment
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of grocery products, merchandising standards, and guest service best practices
- Familiarity with third-party delivery platforms and processes
- Proven track record of meeting key performance metrics such as order accuracy and speed to pick
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments to achieve operational goals
