Digital Finance Analyst

Job Summary
Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and ensure solutions meet business needs. Translate complex business questions into decision-ready insights using advanced analytics and data visualization. Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions within the centralized environment while building and maintaining Databricks data models and orchestrated workflows. Use SQL, Python, and Codex-assisted development practices to automate high-quality solutions through Git-based CI/CD workflows. Strengthen data quality and governance through validation, reconciliation, and consistent monitoring while managing multiple concurrent projects. Travel less than 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in complex business environments
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, model, and interpret complex data and to develop scalable solutions
- Proven ability to deliver results and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor complex information to diverse audiences
- Databricks or similar data engineering experience
- Databricks Data Engineer certification
- Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python, and Excel
- Experience with data orchestration, refresh scheduling, dependency management, and monitoring
- Experience with Git-based CI/CD workflows and AI-assisted development practices
- Travel requirement: less than 10%
