Job Summary
Release Manager / Scrum Master for CMES applications coordinating Agile delivery and release management across Development, QA, Pre-Production, and Production. Oversees sprint execution, backlog refinement, release planning, and deployment activities; ensures release readiness, manages deployments, version control, dependencies, and rollback strategies; prepares release documentation (notes, enhancements, risks) and tracks delivery metrics; serves as the coordination point among development, QA, support, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in Agile execution and release processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience leading and coordinating Agile cross-functional teams
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong experience with Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Strong tracking, reporting, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of release management and version control processes
- Ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Strong understanding of testing principles (Unit, SIT, UAT, regression, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Advanced English (written and verbal)
