Job Summary
Lead day-to-day execution, optimization and ongoing stewardship of site structure, navigation and end-to-end user journeys to ensure high-quality experiences across channels. Apply analytics, audience insights and UX best practices to inform recommendations and guide execution, while ensuring alignment with WCAG accessibility standards, brand guidelines and enterprise digital standards. Drive governance, SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, experimentation and AI-enabled publishing processes, mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, IS, operations, clinical teams and HR to translate digital strategy into action for healthcare websites and digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital marketing, communication, computer science or related field
- 3 years experience in digital strategy and/or content management with progressive responsibility, including experience with complex enterprise websites
