Job Summary
Oversee the end-to-end digital customer experience across web and app channels, including email, push notifications, digital coupons, loyalty, and e-commerce, with a focus on driving digital sales growth, engagement, and omnichannel consistency. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, loyalty, IT, and external partners to optimize the customer journey from discovery to purchase and retention, identify friction points, and implement solutions for improved engagement, conversion, and retention. Manage digital coupon setup and testing, loyalty and app-based deals, homepage content, seasonal campaigns, and merchandising visibility across platforms; support curbside, delivery, and marketplace growth; build and execute customer communication plans; monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, engagement, coupon redemption) and analyze campaigns to identify opportunities. Require a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, loyalty, or customer experience; experience with email marketing platforms, mobile apps, CMS platforms, loyalty systems; strong analytical and project management skills; grocery/retail experience preferred.
