Digital Experience Leader

Job Summary
Define and champion the digital experience vision and roadmap; oversee the delivery of exceptional digital experiences across all platforms and channels; lead cross-functional teams (UI/UE, Frontend, Digital Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment and execution of digital initiatives; set and monitor KPIs for digital experience quality, engagement, and conversion; drive innovation in personalization, A/B testing, and user journey optimization; ensure digital experience standards, usability, accessibility, and brand consistency; report on digital experience performance and recommend strategic improvements to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital leadership roles
- Proven track record in digital transformation and experience management
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and user experience best practices
- Experience with large-scale CMS and personalization tools
