Digital Experience Lead

Job Summary
Lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Complii's customer-facing digital experience, with a focus on the customer portal, adoption, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive adoption and engagement of the portal by identifying usability improvements and delivering value, manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate enhancements and timelines, collaborate with customers, marketing, and technology teams to define digital roadmaps and prioritize initiatives, and support delivery, testing, rollout, and communication of new portal features and integrations. The role requires experience in Project Management or Product Management, strong knowledge of customer engagement, APIs, integrations, and translating customer needs into structured delivery plans, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Proven experience in Product Management
- Proven experience in Digital Experience or similar customer-focused technology delivery roles
- Strong experience with customer-facing digital platforms
- Experience with SaaS solutions, APIs, and vendor relationships
- Ability to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and prioritize customer-focused initiatives
- Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences
