Job Summary
Lead digital platform management and delivery for insurance/healthcare/financial industry initiatives. Translate business objectives into concrete digital solutions and manage end-to-end digital journey excellence; collaborate across design, data analytics, and vendors to drive improved customer experiences, insights, and performance. Responsibilities include governance and reporting, UAT coordination, licensing/compliance oversight, and delivery coordination of applications/digital platform features. Requires strong strategic analysis, project management, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on experience with programming and data analytics (e.g., Python/Java/SAS; SQL; PowerBI/Tableau). Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus; GenAI exposure in delivery is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business/ Computer Science; post graduate degree a plus
- 6+ years in Insurance, healthcare or financial industry
- experience driving and executing applications/digital platforms/data management projects
- lead cross-functional teams; strong project/program management; Python/Java/SAS and data analytics skills a plus
- English and Chinese written/presentation skills; Mandarin a plus
- ability to deliver results leveraging internal/external resources
- exposure to GenAI in digital project delivery is advantageous
