Job Summary

Senior Digital Experience, Brand & Content Strategist responsible for leading strategy, planning, and execution of a major corporate website redesign initiative. Defines website goals, audience journeys, information architecture, and content strategy aligned to brand objectives; partners with UX, design, development, SEO, and marketing to create an intuitive, high-performing digital experience; establishes governance models, content standards, and scalable site management processes; ensures usability, accessibility, conversion, engagement, and performance. Develops brand storytelling frameworks across web and owned channels; translates company positioning and campaign messaging into clear digital experiences; creates strategic content plans to support awareness, engagement, demand generation, customer education, and thought leadership; defines content hierarchy and editorial direction; ensures consistent voice and brand expression across digital touchpoints. Leads cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Creative, and Executive teams; manages agency/vendor relationships related to website strategy, UX, SEO, content, and development; acts as a strategic advisor on digital experience best practices and emerging trends. Monitors and analyzes website performance, engagement metrics, SEO performance, and conversion trends; identifies opportunities to improve user experience and content effectiveness; supports testing and optimization; develops reporting frameworks and actionable insights for leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in digital strategy, content strategy, brand strategy, UX content, or digital marketing
  • Proven experience leading or managing large-scale website redesign projects
  • Strong understanding of digital user experience principles, information architecture, SEO, and conversion optimization
  • Experience developing strategic messaging and content frameworks for B2B and/or complex healthcare organizations
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across creative, technical, and executive teams
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation abilities
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies
  • Healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS experience preferred
