Job Summary
Digital Experience & AI Enablement Specialist responsible for driving adoption of core digital and AI-enabled products across internal teams and external users. Key duties include 50% user enablement and digital product adoption, 30% workflow automation and user coaching, and 20% AI champion community management. Develop practical, use-case-based change management, deliver targeted sessions and self-service resources, design lightweight automations to streamline repetitive tasks, and build and manage a community of internal AI champions to promote innovation. Serve as primary contact for user questions, ensure efficient adoption, and coach users to independently explore and build practical digital AI solutions. Requires on-site work policy (3 days/week) in New York and a Bachelor’s/advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; strong communication skills and experience in training, onboarding, and stakeholder collaboration are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced university degree in Information Systems, Digital Business, Technology & Innovation Management, Organizational Change, Communications or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in digital enablement, user support, learning and development, innovation, workflow improvement, technology adoption, consulting, or related areas

- Hands-on experience designing practical AI use cases, lightweight automations, or workflow improvements

- Experience facilitating training sessions, onboarding, workshops, user support, or community engagement initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build trusted relationships with users and stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment
