Job Summary
Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and messaging platforms to support admissions and brand awareness goals. Maintain the school website via CMS, manage basic SEO, and oversee automated WhatsApp messaging including chatbots and parent communications. Build and schedule email newsletters, monitor performance metrics, and report on digital analytics. Act as the go-to technical contact for the MAC team to enhance automated workflows and collaborate with Academic, Accounts, and Operations teams to align digital activity with overall strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing, communications, or similar role
- Experience with website content management systems
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, or similar)
- Strong written communication skills (English and Arabic) with excellent attention to detail
- Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital performance tracking
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple channels and deadlines simultaneously
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, especially when handling technical issues
- Creative eye for content and an understanding of audience-appropriate messaging (parents, prospective families, students)

- For candidates in a school where the line manager is providing a reference, the reference must be countersigned by the Head Teacher or Principal

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or other messaging/broadcast platforms is an advantage
- Experience in an educational institution or admissions-driven environment is a plus, though not essential
