Job Summary
Lead the execution of digital strategy and value creation for Japan DPS by leveraging data and digital technologies to elevate sales and marketing activities, optimize customer experiences through omnichannel initiatives, design and operate dashboards and KPI monitoring, map and analyze customer journeys using event-driven data, drive adoption of digital tools/platforms across BU, sales, and marketing, and contribute to digital talent development through training and enablement initiatives. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, hands-on delivery, and effective communication in Japanese and English, with a focus on data visualization, analytics, and CRM/digital platform utilization to enhance business decisions and customer experience.
