Digital Events Manager

Job Summary

Own and manage the digital production lifecycle of all virtual HealthStream User Group sessions and webinars, leading end-to-end live and on-demand event production including platform setup, speaker coordination, rehearsals, and real-time troubleshooting. Ensure high-quality video and broadcast experiences by managing audio/visual standards and supporting hybrid livestream components for in-person events. Partner with Product Marketing and the User Group lead to develop the content calendar, align webinar topics with product priorities, and translate engagement data into actionable insights for future strategy. Manage the digital event technology stack including Sequel.io, Cvent, Zoom, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure cohesive customer engagement. Own post-event reporting and performance tracking to provide clear recommendations for improving content, format, and delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital events, webinar production, or virtual event management in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with virtual event platforms such as Sequel.io, ON24, Cvent, Zoom Webinars, or similar
  • Data-oriented mindset — comfortable pulling reports, analyzing engagement metrics, and translating numbers into program recommendations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent digital programs with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with marketing technology including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Higher Logic, and Qualtrics or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community teams
  • Ability to lead live event production, including real-time troubleshooting and decision-making under pressure
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze event performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and guide speakers and stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, self-manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume program environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare SaaS or a highly regulated B2B industry is a plus
  • Experience supporting or producing user group programs, customer events, or community-driven digital experiences
