Job Summary

Lead and manage Digital Engineering initiatives at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, directing teams and programs to execute engineering roadmaps, governance of processes and tooling across PLM, and integration of analysis/simulation platforms. Responsible for developing and executing project plans, acquiring resources, and partnering with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers. Provide technical oversight of approaches, products, and processes, mentor and motivate employees, and drive process improvements and architectural standardization across engineering functions. Requires on-site work in Everett, WA with occasional travel to Renton, WA; strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-million-dollar digital investments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 3+ years of experience with internal or external stakeholders
  • at least one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, cross-functional project management, or formal manager experience) OR completed Boeing internal leadership course
